Yeah, I remember the issue with the internet requirement for today's MWB. What a frustrating installer experience! Honestly, it feels like they should just wipe everything clean instead of forcing it all in.

I hope you reviewed the section about keeping devices offline for backups. After setting up a working computer, you can then safely check your backups for viruses and malware (still possible offline). It’s tempting to wipe drives without backing up, but users often want to retain some data. You should think about a secure method to extract information safely.
