You might have a problem with your Windows files.
I switched to Windows 10 last week after the previous version. Initially, everything functioned properly, but after the upgrade, launching games became problematic. Now, even with recent updates, I can’t start any applications—they display an error message and stop immediately. I’ve tried several fixes: removing quality updates temporarily helped for a short time, but games would stutter and crash right after launch. Then I ran the SFC/SCANOW command and DISM tools, which got stuck at low completion percentages. Based on these steps, it seems there’s an issue with the operating system itself. I downloaded a fresh Windows 10 ISO from Microsoft and reinstalled it, keeping my personal files intact. However, even after that, the setup still fails, showing a black screen or error. I also mentioned a driver problem, but the graphics driver was up to date. It’s possible the OS upgrade caused instability, especially since I used an older driver version. What’s happening?
