Recent usage trends show FS2020 consuming over 20GB on its own, pushing performance limits. Even with Chrome running in the background, it causes noticeable lag and slows down the system.

Windows could encounter problems during startup and loading of applications. Previously, I experienced this when using a full pagefile on an HDD, but no boot on an SSD and one Windows instance failing to locate the HDD. Now I always use a smaller pagefile on the SSD. If you have a larger driver, you can move most or all of the pagefile there. Windows doesn't really matter where it is stored. Certain programs, especially Adobe products, need a sufficient pagefile size to run correctly.
