It seems stable, I suggest checking the RAM's stability using a 3-hour memtest86 run.
I'm actually quite taken aback, check if they drop to something like 16, 18, 18, 38 with a slight voltage increase.
They probably require around 1.35 volts, and a modern system with 3200 RAM should work if the timing is correct.
