Hi, your 1-gigabyte connection didn’t perform as expected. After waiting a few days, the speed only rose slightly, and even with a properly installed Ethernet cable, it still wasn’t reaching 400mbs.

You're asking about what "tried it" means, noting that the full 1 gigabyte limit isn't being used.

What's the status of your test? Speedtest often reaches its maximum capacity near 300-400.

I checked my performance and realized I won’t reach the full gigabit, yet I’m still losing around 600 Mbps.

It's interesting how prices depend on what you choose to buy.

Speedtest.net operates with one connection at a time, and frequently their servers possess just a 1Gb link that's shared among multiple users testing concurrently. Consider checking dslreports.com/speedtest for more details.

The question refers to whether 1 gigabit equals 1 byte, noting that 1 byte is equivalent to 8 bits.

Speed tests typically range between 300-400 Mbps, even with a 10Gbps fiber connection directly to the data center. This is based on real-world observations.
