Hi everyone, I found myself in a tricky spot today. I need to leave my stuff behind and visit the family on the mother-island. I'm heading to Curacao and really want to keep playing D4 from the start. I'm looking for options priced between 250 and 350 dollars so I can still enjoy gaming there. I saw a Mini PC AMD Ryzen 5 3550H Gaming Desktop for 255 on eBay. Would that be a good choice? If not, do you have any helpful tips? That would be great. Just a note: Curacao is nice, but for me it feels more like home, so I'm leaning toward staying. Thanks in advance!

You might find a budget-friendly laptop on eBay using a dGPU. The basic specs are easy to meet, but your mini PC would likely face challenges since its GPU is much slower than a R9 280, missing out on nearly half the required performance.

I understand your concern, but I’m skeptical about a mini PC managing D4 at 1080p even in tough conditions. Things get chaotic, especially in dungeons with lots of mobs. You might want to look for internet cafes instead.

Consider a Ryzen mini PC such as the Ryzen 5 5625U or Ryzen 7 5800U. It should handle 720p or 1080p video. You’ll still need a mouse, monitor, headphones/speakers, and keyboard. Skipping the PC isn’t really an option since you’d still need peripherals. Storage size isn’t a concern for me—I haven’t tested it yet, but I saw it work in a few videos.

I could just hold it in... it hurts, but fine. Appreciate all the answers!

Find a gaming laptop with around 1050 watts or more. Prices have dropped significantly recently.
