Newegg is running a deal offering ML120L RGB coolers with CoolerMaster cases. I'm considering whether it's worthwhile to install one over my older Cryorig H7 air cooler or if selling it on eBay would be better. I'm not overly worried about leaks, but I'm unsure if the added risk is justified without significant cooling improvements.

The Cryorig H7 performs similarly to the ML120L, only slightly differing in output.

Absolutely, it's best to avoid AIOs that come with a 120mm radiator. They really limit how well the cooler performs compared to more standard air coolers.
