How much time do you dedicate to your work? And what duration does a break typically last? I don’t take breaks; I spend about 7 hours each weekend on my gaming PC, and on working days I’m around 5 hours, maybe a bit longer.

You spend around 12 hours daily online, with roughly an hour each game, and you're not resting enough—perhaps just once every few hours.

Hey, during school hours it's only a bit, usually one or two hours, but during spring break and summer it's less to talk about. P.S., don't post too often next time at home.

No, it isn't necessarily overkill. It depends on the context and what you're aiming for.

I spend a lot of time on my PC now, but I'm not playing games as much.

Actually, I was thinking about the 12-hour period. It seems a bit excessive.
