It seems a quick startup in BIOS was activated. You can still access BIOS by choosing an option in Windows that allows advanced boot settings.
Many boards can be manipulated to default, then prompting you to enter BIOS by pressing F1. This is straightforward if the board handles it automatically. Simply press and hold the power button until it powers on, then release briefly between "Boots." Each cycle will restart it, and after a few attempts, it should default and show the F1 screen at startup. Once inside, you can proceed with your tasks, save changes, and reboot. This method works for some boards but isn't guaranteed for all.
