Hi, I have a second hand pc and the guy whom I bought it from installed a fresh windows 7 on it, but I wonder if it's legal since I still haven't got any windows 10 pop-up, the regular windows 7 updates work though.. So I was wondering if there's any possibility of checking if the install is legal? Thnx

Click the "Computer" button and select "Properties." At the bottom left, you'll see "Windows is Activated" if it's a genuine copy. A Product ID will appear there, which isn't the activation key but indicates your Windows version and copy. For instance, with an OEM Windows 7, your ID might look like XXXXX-OEM-XXXXXX-XXXXX.

Press Windows + R, type "cmd" and press Enter. Then run "slmgr /xpr".

Visit Microsoft and get the ISO for Windows 10... why are you still holding back?
