If you're looking for affordable CPU and RAM, it's best to skip the motherboard altogether. The board lacks standard mounting points, so unless you're okay with a basic setup in a box, buying a budget motherboard from eBay would be the simplest option.

I note your point but aim to trace the origin system and check if a comparable OEM PSU for the motherboard is available on eBay. Adapters and similar parts may be difficult to locate.

This motherboard becomes e-waste unless you own the matching PSU and case, but $65 CAD is reasonable for the CPU and RAM. The 4th generation i5 chips are solid choices.
