Hello, I've received a half-size version of AC Odyssey. The message says I can play it, but the quality might be poor. Should I continue playing or wait until the full download is complete? I have a 2080 Ti and 9900K.

I wouldn't, since downloading and setting up consumes many CPU cycles. Given how CPU-heavy the game is, it's likely to perform poorly.

I don't think UPlay offers this capability. However, you might try playing it during the download process to check.

The game isn't as poor as many people thought. It demands a lot of CPU power but also runs quite smoothly. The frame rates are really stable, even around 25-40fps on a 4.5Ghz X5670 (Westmere-EP Xeon from 2011). I played it with a 1080 Ti at 1080p as well, which helped avoid any CPU issues. Nice!

I was considering whether to leave a comment, but then decided to go ahead.
The process of downloading and installing doesn't require much CPU power. The PlayStation 4 can handle this function and continues playing games smoothly during installation.
