Currently, the game runs smoothly on my Vega 56 and Core i5 8400 with VSync at 50fps. In large cities, the frames per second decrease to around 40 or less. Someone can help explain why this happens.

It's a broad-spectrum game, but most players would expect smooth performance beyond the 9900k mark.

Smoother and more stable frame rate = reduce the number below your usual average, while keeping all the details you want...
Increased FPS – minor tweaks that make performance appear slower for better visuals... just this far.

My 9600k performs well with the best configurations in 1080p, maintaining an average of over 60 frames per second and dropping to around 31 fps at its minimum.
