Start by using a browser sandbox to limit risks. Avoid suspicious websites and consider running a scan with Malwarebytes if your system feels unstable.

It seems typical. Since powering on, only Discord, Telegram, and Steam have started, and the temperature is at 89°C.

There’s nothing to do since there are no tasks left. I’m running 181 background processes on my laptop.

It's confusing why folks obsess over process counts and memory usage. We're not stuck in the days of Windows 98, where you'd barely see half a dozen items in Task Manager—mostly just graphics drivers. Don't worry about it. My RAM is at 146, and I'm trying to stay on top of things.

Consider using Windows 10 Debloater to remove unnecessary background applications. Search for a brief guide on its usage. It’s a script-based tool designed to uninstall bloatware such as Cortana, Edge, and many other unwanted programs. You can tailor the block list to exclude essential apps like Calculator or Xbox game bar. The process is reversible. I tested it on two machines and now have only 53 background tasks, including around a dozen Adobe ones—thanks to Creative Cloud.
