Strictly speaking, yes—without any compromise. However, pushing settings all the way up will boost graphics quality slightly while cutting performance. Lowering them to "high" in most games won’t make a big difference and would actually slow things down. I adjust my setup for smoother 1440p gameplay.

The system runs at top performance using an i9 9900K and a 2080 Ti. It now features a 3080 and manages just 11 frames during the game.

Bill Gates award highlights a powerful computer system that can't handle cyberpunk at 4K resolution. Enjoyable graphics are appreciated, but the game isn't perfect.

AAA titles usually target a minimum of 60 frames per second. You’ll often need to make trade-offs in settings since only a limited number of games are fully optimized for peak performance. Focus on adjusting the options that suit your system’s capabilities for the best overall play.

He’ll handle 98% of the games without issue, right? Just the toughest ones could push him to tweak some settings.
