Stilt developed the Performance Enhancer modes 3 and 4 for my Ryzen sig rig, creating custom Ryzen bios from the ground up. I trust his approach more than anyone else's. For now, I’ll go with his methods before considering others. Later, you might look at your FaSauce work. Also, the Gen 1 Ryzen 5 voltage tips I shared apply to the 3700x processor, not the 12nm or 7nm variants. The information I gave is based on the 3700x model.

Even on the linked item, he isn't claiming 1.45 is excessive; he only cites 1.33 as an instance and avoids discussing it as a safe maximum voltage. Moreover, he's the sole person I've encountered who mentions anything beyond 1.45 being safe. If that's accurate, it might be because he notes his CPU frequently exceeded tjmax.

Struggling to use that site without feeling dizzy; it constantly prompts for an account. Do they provide guidance on voltage testing beyond the CPU we overheated? Once more, he’s the only person I’ve found recommending a safe maximum voltage at such low levels.

You're interpreting the voltage settings differently than intended. At 1.30V on high current, it suggests heavy AVX2 execution with large amperage demands. At 1.45V, it points to lower amperage, like single-core boost or low-power states. Using 1.45V for OC while the CPU runs under high-load conditions can stress the chips.

You have the option, but cooling is important. Use a quality cooler and you'll achieve better overclocking.
