Hello, I'm working on a 2009 A1181 MacBook and am trying to locate a complete Mac OS installation. I'm considering using 10.6 Snow Leopard, but I'm unsure if the Apple website offers the latest upgrade. The $19.99 price seems high, so I'm looking for cheaper alternatives or used copies via eBay. Any suggestions?
Apple costs $20, so you should switch to Microsoft which is available for $150.
There is an app thats called: mactracker on both macOS and iOS. It listed every apple device apple has ever made from apple II. You just need to find yours and it will show whats the latest OS it supports. http://mactracker.ca/
