Hello, I'm working on a 2009 A1181 MacBook and am trying to locate a complete Mac OS installation. I'm considering using 10.6 Snow Leopard, but I'm unsure if the Apple website offers the latest upgrade. The $19.99 price seems high, so I'm looking for cheaper alternatives or used copies via eBay. Any suggestions?

Apple store is the only proper option. I don’t believe a 2009 MacBook can handle the newest software, so you should check that first. The cost of Apple’s operating system is really affordable.

Apple costs $20, so you should switch to Microsoft which is available for $150.

The issue is that the MacBook I'm working on doesn't have any operating system installed and lacks a hard drive. I plan to install an SSD, which is why I require a complete OS version. Great job on 2,000 posts!

It seems you're having trouble getting a snow leopard. You might want to reach out to AppleCare for assistance—they could help arrange a purchase over the phone.

It seems you're asking about the relevance of an old iPhone 4S. Since you mentioned it's not needed anymore, you might want to consider why you still own it or if there are other devices you'd prefer.
