For US residents, eBay and Craigslist are excellent options to discover vintage graphics cards with improved visuals. I once purchased a GTX 550 Ti for around $50 on Craigslist.

Since my old graphics cards such as the 8800 and 9800 bring me great joy, I appreciate vintage technology. However, there are boundaries. I’ve previously used Core 2 Duo processors but now want to explore newer options. In the meantime, I’m content with my current setup, which I purchased at a reasonable price.
