It’s not likely you can find a legal copy of GTA V for under $70. The game is still available on platforms like Steam, but prices have risen over time. Since it’s been around for four years, official sales are rare and often limited to special events or bundles. You might explore authorized retailers, used marketplaces, or community sales, but be cautious of unofficial sources. Stick to trusted channels to avoid scams.

I'm unsure about the trust in G2A, it could be incorrect but there are still valid keys. It's only $60 on Steam and the Amazon link provided.

Almost everywhere, including Steam, it's around 60 dollars. For a genuine store instead of a grey market, you should wait for a sale—whether it's through Humble Bundle or Steam. I believe I spent about 30 dollars during a Steam sale for my game.

G2A is the most affordable choice. While I don’t like their methods much, I intend to purchase Minecraft W10 Edition and the Fallout 4 Season Pass through them. I won’t be able to handle paying double what I should for these items.

It seems I should have specified that I'm in Canada and using local prices. The cost here is $70.

I purchased the game when it was only £30, which I still think is quite high. Games shouldn't be that expensive, and Nvidia has already priced them too much—maybe they should recover some of that cost.
