I mean it, though I think the PS2 emulation process was a long time in the making. It wasn't just about pasting some code and adding new parts to create a PS3 emulator.
It's disappointing to let you know this, but the situation is quite limited. Because of how the PS3's design works, making an accurate emulation will remain challenging for a long time. Still, you might be able to enjoy Gran Turismo 4 on PC using PCSX2. Remember, GT5 isn't available for PC yet.
