Seems whenever I go ahead and boot up my Dell Optiplex 7070, Dell likes to step in and try and do some performance checks, which will fail because I have a fan unplugged. Even though this happens, I can still access the OS by simply A: just waiting till Dell does it's thing. Every time. B: Timing my button press so that it'll skip it every time. I've tried the basic first few Google results and have tried updating the bios, since I heard it could be bugged in older versions, but none of this helps. Any way to disable it that I'm not seeing?
