Hello everyone, I was trying to reach out to Amazon for my warranty at Free Refactions. They advised me to contact MSI for assistance. After speaking with MSI, they only mentioned that they don’t ship replacement parts, even though it’s noted on the Amazon MSI support page. I need some alternatives for fans for my RX 6700XT model (it started slowing down after a month) and some screws. I’ve already received them from MSI UK, but it seems the package never arrived.
