The inno 3d compact gtx 1060 includes a 90mm fan that isn't secured but clips into a groove on the heatsink. It runs quite loud under load and hits about 78 degrees when operating at full speed. The fan connector features four wires, suggesting it's a 3-4 pin unit. Anyone know of any reliable, quiet 90mm fans suitable for a GPU? If you're okay with DIY, I can suggest zipping them on.

In fact, you're concerned about proper fit when it comes to the GPU fan. I can relate if you don't like your fan, but unless you're ready to swap out the cooler for something else entirely, I'd keep it as is.

It's worth noting that for this compact card, the temperature you mentioned isn't unusually high, considering the ambient and case temperatures. Upgrading to a better cooler could lower your temps slightly, maybe by a few degrees.

When the fans inside the case don't move enough air, the GPU fans begin to make noise. I would consider buying a better case with more openings for both front and rear fans.
