Start the PC and see the screen appear. Pressing Del doesn’t respond. Try resetting the power or checking connections.

The situation occurred because the BIOS identified a hardware change during setup and enabled TPM, which then causes it to lock encrypted boot drives. This behavior is normal on new builds but can be problematic if you don’t need it. Activating TPM by default is unnecessary and considered a mistake, though it’s required for Windows 11. Recent BIOS versions have made this feature more prominent.
