I recently assembled my first PC with an XFX 6600, 10400F, and an MSI MGP B560i. It started up in BIOS without issues. After a couple of days I experimented with BIOS settings since Windows hadn't fully installed yet. I discovered I could create a USB flash drive key that only worked when connected to the PC. Saving and resetting it made the system refuse to open, even with the USB plugged in. Eventually I decided to reset the BIOS using a screwdriver. This is my issue: the machine powers on but displays a black screen, though the monitor briefly lights up and detects the HDMI signal. Everything seems normal except for the VGA debug light, which is on. The manual mentions a GPU problem. I removed the GPU and reinstalled it, and it now works perfectly. PLEASE HELP ME. Attempt a CMOS reset. Likely you used the BIOS reset pin which isn't helpful. Take out the silver watch battery and disconnect the power source. Hold the power switch for 30-60 seconds. Put the battery back on the board, reconnect the power supply and check if the issue resolves. Since it looks like you're using an iPhone, consider switching to compatibility mode and then retake the photos because Windows doesn't include an HEVC license.

These are the devices lacking an IGPU. Disconnect the battery and power cord, let it rest for 5-10 minutes, then reconnect and attempt to start without the GPU. After that, power it off, remove the cord, connect the GPU, and try again.

Yes, you can remove the power cord first.
