The issue is that my Google pages are loading slowly, especially on Facebook, and sometimes I get a "can't load" message when I try to open Google. It feels like the connection isn’t stable.

What is the exact error (screenshot or the whole message)? What kind of connection do you have, from PC to router and from router to the Internet? What OS? What browser?
