Hello, I have a brief inquiry about the performance gap between your current setup and the upcoming AMD A10-7870k upgrade. I’m using an AMD A10-7800 CPU, RX590 GPU, 16GB RAM at 1333MHz, and the PURE PLATINUM A58V-PR motherboard. I also plan to play a new battlefield game when it launches. I’m wondering if upgrading the CPU would provide sufficient power for that game.

The CPUs differ by just 200MHz and are both fairly outdated. You won’t notice much gain, given they share the same number of cores and threads.
