They appear similar in specs, but it’s best to avoid mixing kits. I have one installed with an i9-9900K and a Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra, while the other is from a different build I upgraded with a 4000MHz kit.
They're not the same sticks because the version number is different (the version number is what memory IC Corsair put on the sticks). That doesn't mean that they won't work together, it just means that it's not guaranteed to work together. If you own both, I see no reason why you can't just try it and see what happens, the worst that happens is the system is mildly unstable and you know to pull out one of the sticks. My luck with this with similar XMP settings is about 80% that it just works, 15% it's stable at JEDEC but XMP isn't stable, and 5% it doesn't boot/is unstable at JEDEC.
You have four sticks covering 64GB. Your current 2x16 setup is working, so adding another 2x16 should be possible.
It’s best to try it anyway; the only certainty is it might be a little shaky or won’t start, so you can remove it if needed.
