Hi! I see you're having trouble setting up the Premier Pro trial. It seems like the system is trying to verify your email but isn't recognizing your address. Since you already downloaded it last year, double-check that the Creative Cloud app is correctly linked to your account. Also, ensure your PC's registry isn't flagged with any unusual entries. If you're still having issues, try clearing the verification mailbox or reinstalling the app. Let me know what you try next!

Remove app data and registry keys, then reinstall Premiere. The account is irrelevant—same one used for three years across multiple trials. Consider trying alternative solutions.

Check the initial message for details. Look for instructions on accessing registry keys.

It seems there might be an issue with reading the content. Have you forgotten to save or share the relevant files?

Download the latest version directly. Simply swap a single .dll file in the installation directory, and it will remain active permanently.

I wouldn't install the trial version if I wanted to. It doesn't seem to help. There are plenty of Flash Player options available. :-
