It doesn't support 3600mhz—it's capped at 3200mhz. However, you can still use the RAM since it will operate at 3200mhz. I'd prefer to invest in a model that runs at 3200mhz for better performance.

Yes, technically it's possible. The 3100 shouldn't face issues running the sticks at 3600 MT/s. This claim is incorrect; the IMC is designed for 3200 MT/s, but you can exceed that speed. Running faster isn't guaranteed to be stable, even with a Zen 2 CPU.

Did you struggle to set your RAM speed to 3000MHz on your 3D Graphics 3100? It wasn't stable at 2666MHz, so you ended up using 2133MHz instead. Maybe it was due to your limited experience with overclocking?
