I haven't purchased a physical DVD for a PC game in about three years. Given GTA 5's size of 65 GB and the fact that the physical version includes seven DVDs with unique artwork, I'm considering the physical format. A benefit would be sharing it with friends for joint heists, though I expect restrictions due to CD keys or licensing. Please let me know if this is permissible.

One account lets you distribute the CDs for installation. However, they must purchase an activation key to launch and play the game.

A key can be used across several systems, but only one account is allowed. You cannot play online at the same time.

You can use the disks to provide the data, though they should have downloaded the game separately. It might be better to install it yourself and then share a USB with the files if you have one that fits.
