It seems possible. Take a look at my profile—I ran a stream at 1080p level 7 with a G4560+GTX 1050. During a 25-man raid while doing rapid-fire counting frames (using OBS), I maintained around 43.78 FPS, peaking at 31 minutes 58 seconds. I also played some instances and PvP, which ran smoothly at 70 fps or higher.

It wasn't particularly impressive, yet it caught my attention for its low cost. However, achieving 30 frames per second was uncommon.

Technically it's a quad-core processor. Let me know when you're ready for the G3258 or similar models.

I understand 30 frames per second is often seen as low quality, particularly in games like World of Warcraft.

I don't spend a lot of time playing. I prefer constructing and evaluating.

Avoid playing WoW often. In raids you usually drop below 20 fps. Even with a 4790k at 4.5GHz and a GTX 1080 it would struggle in the high teens. The game has received many updates, but its engine design remains outdated. It must handle everything from input to output, leading to fps problems. It only ever used around 40% of my CPU.
