Purchase it on Steam, try it out, and if it doesn’t work, just get a refund. Performance can differ greatly, so you might enjoy it more than others with comparable gear. I’ve refunded this title twice, hehe.

It's difficult to assess. The game has improved significantly in optimization, so...perhaps it will work. As @HOOTSMON mentioned earlier, purchase the game and test it, if it doesn't perform well, consider returning it. You may get a refund on Steam if you bought it within 48 hours and have less than 2 hours of playtime.
