Hello, I understand you just purchased a new computer last year. It's a Sager Clevo with the following specifications: Windows 8 2 x CrossFire AMD 8970M, 500GB SSD, Samsung 840 Pro, Intel i7 4900QM Quad Core @ 2.8GHz. You're wondering if this setup will allow you to play the latest games, especially since some sites suggest limitations. However, the minimum requirements for titles like Shadow of Mordor and Assassin Creed Unity are lower than your PC's specs. For instance, Shadow of Mordor requires an i5 processor with a minimum of 750 CPU cores, but your i7 4900QM meets that. You might want to check the game's official requirements or consider upgrading if needed. Let me know if you need further help!

Supports the newest titles, though high-ultra performance may be limited.

These "can I run it" pages are built for desktop hardware and lack a comparison to mobile devices. A 4900MQ easily outperforms an i5 750. You should be able to play those games without issues, though full performance might vary depending on settings. The Crossfire 8970M offers significantly more power.

It works well with the High preset setting. No official CFX profile exists for Shadow Of Mordor at the moment. You may need to turn off a card or make a manual profile, and set CrossfireX mode to AFR.
