Do you have the capability to run a 144Hz 1080p setup with your AsRock H310CM-HDV motherboard? Your components include an Intel Core i5–9400F, a 480GB SATA3 SSD (16GB RAM at 2666MHz), and a GTX 1660 Ti with 6GB GDDR6 memory.

It varies by title. I can only assess what my Fury achieves at 1080p and 1440p—about a 20% reduction in GPU power—and it struggles with 144Hz or close in demanding games. For Esports titles, you might see 144Hz, though not all do.

Destiny 2 should work well too, the main issue might be the CPU on Titan or the EDZ or any big patrol area—they strain CPUs. My 1660 Ti runs D2 smoothly at 1080p, but it caps around 120fps because of my CPU (5820K, 4.2GHz).
