On a 2200G with dual-channel DDR4 3466, I achieved about 100 fps in a game like GTAV at low settings. For newer games such as Destiny 2, around 45 fps or more was typical at 1080p with a lower render scale. The 3200G runs slightly faster, so you’d likely see better speeds if you have dual-channel RAM with good speed. when they regularly play csgo or lol, the frame rate isn't important since those games run at higher speeds. what really matters is the type of game you play—running one on 140+fps while rarely playing it is wasted time, whereas enjoying games at around 60fps keeps you engaged.

Since my monitor is 144 hz, can my motherboard and CPU handle 144 hz? I just plugged in an HDMI cable, but it only works at 60 hz. I think it’s HDMI 1.2, but maybe HDMI 1.4 is needed for 1080p at 144 hz.
Older displays that used DVI more often featured older HDMI features. It seems your monitor with a dual DVI port is probably the only option for achieving 144Hz. Without a motherboard supporting dual DVI output, you won't reach that refresh rate. This was an unexpected issue I discovered with my roommate's setup. What monitor model are you using?
It's surprising how much has changed. LoL still works on basic hardware, but CS:GO demands more over time. Many classic titles that have lasted are now needing higher specs lately.
