Game needs the following specifications: OS must be 64-bit Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, or Windows 8 with a 2 GHz dual-core 64-bit processor. RAM should be at least 4000 MB, and the system needs a DirectX10 compatible GPU with 1 GB of video memory. The graphics driver must support DirectX 10, and the hard drive should have 20,000 MB of available space.

They think the GTX 660 is the lowest requirement, but that's not true.

GTX 660 meets the needs as it exceeds the minimum, which is 1GB of VRAM.

You can execute it, though performance might drop below 30 FPS in certain situations.

You could try using it with the 1GB version of the HD 5450 if you really wanted to.

If you're struggling with frames, enter launch mode and insert the command -sm4. This increased my frame rate to 20 fps.

I recall my first experience with it, achieving 10-15 fps on ultra and 25-30 at the minimum using my GTX 970. It seems they resolved the performance problems. =3
