ohboy, here we go again... presuming this minecraft server will only be used for yourself and your direct friends it depends on how the repeater works, but really using wifi for a server isnt a good idea. i'd say just try and forward the port, and see if it works, but you may get really wonky latency.

When set up properly, it behaves similarly to connecting the server straight to the router. However, this is not the best approach.

It’s always better to have a NUC or Mac Mini, yet for sure you’ll need to test it yourself if you’re unsure about using a repeater.
