You can request a refund for the project cars you purchased a year ago. Check the return policy to confirm eligibility and procedures.

Refund policy applies only if purchased within two weeks or played for less than two hours. To get a refund, play more than two hours or own the item for over two weeks. Steam doesn’t care about the reason for the refund—no need to provide any details. It’s an automatic process.

You must either reduce the playtime to less than 2 hours or own it for under 2 weeks. Be aware that refunds for sessions longer than 2 hours won’t work if you request them within the first 2 weeks.

If your games are only a week old yet you've played over 10 hours, you might still qualify for a refund depending on the platform's policies.

If the session exceeds two hours, you won’t receive a refund—it’s either a time-based restriction or a playtime cap. Once you’ve spent two hours, you can’t get a refund, even if you purchased it that same day.

10 hours... not possible. 3-4 hours occasionally they offer a refund.

It’s not really two hours, though it seems that way. I believe I sent back a game that had three hours in it before. They also offer refunds for big failures such as Batman Arkham Knight not performing well on PC and No Man's Sky disappointing a lot of people.

You might have completed the game already... Likewise, for items over 30 days in your control. There isn't a long window to claim returns on sales either.
