I rely on a Razer Deathadder mouse and a Blackwidow Ultimate mechanical keyboard. The Razer Synapse driver software is causing issues—it loads slowly after booting, which is frustrating since I mostly use my left hand. This delay can reverse the left and right click buttons for about ten seconds. For the keyboard, it seems working without Synapse, but the mouse worries me. Without Synapse, I wouldn’t be able to adjust DPI or polling rate, and I’m concerned the default Windows drivers might not be optimized for my Deathadder, reducing control precision. Would all five mouse buttons function properly?

Yes, it's possible. Your mouse configurations, such as DPI settings, are saved directly on the device itself.

The DPI values are saved in the Razer Cloud, not directly on the mouse itself.

my deadadder 2013 can modify the two DPI settings I've configured without needing the program, and it works across different machines. The backups are stored in the cloud.

My Naga 2014 doesn't save any profiles unless the program is running.
