I encountered several problems with my Windows 10 after accidentally deleting files and installing faulty software, which might have been viruses. To fix this, I reinstalled it by using the recovery option and wiping everything on the drive. My concern is whether this full reinstall will remove all issues or if further steps are needed. I want to begin anew to eliminate any errors or threats.

The reset function clears the storage and restarts Windows.
