I possess a vintage build I’d like to pass on. It features an AMD Phenom 9750 (top speed around 2.40Ghz) and an AMD Radeon HD 6450 graphics card with 1GB and 8GB of RAM. My cousin uses an HP Envy 23 IPS monitor. Can it handle GTA V at suitable settings?

Likely minimal configurations. That 1GB VRAM is still a factor.

The VRAM capacity is the main constraint, allowing GTA V to run smoothly at 1440x900 with minimal settings on the iGPU of an i7-3770.

The GPU is the main factor limiting performance, yet it can achieve a smooth frame rate using offline modifications.

It seems the processor could have some difficulty handling the task.
