You're just starting with computer hardware. No problem!
Running GTA V depends on your system specs.
With your setup—Nvidia GeForce 920M, Intel i5-6200, 4GB RAM, and a 1000GB HDD—it should be possible, but performance will vary.
Check the expected FPS on the official GTA V website or through benchmark tools to see what you can expect.

It should work, though a few options were removed. Expect about 25-30 frames per second.

Consider upgrading to 8GB RAM if it will boost your performance and frame rate.

Upgrading the RAM would be beneficial, but it doesn’t seem to add much value since you’re not heavily multitasking. Your setup will still function fine with your old i7 950 and 4890 graphics card. Running it smoothly at stock settings with FXAA and 16x antistrip filtering works well—about 30fps in city traffic and around 60fps in less demanding environments.

They didn’t realize the cost was 920Ms, but your setup should handle it—hope that clarifies things.
