Can you play GTA V on an i3 4150 and a 7750 with smooth performance even at lower graphics settings?

Acknowledge this understanding. High expectations aren't realistic.

It looks like everything is working smoothly. I tested it on similar hardware and achieved a score of 60 on high. Just avoid MSAA for optimal performance.

Yes, but the quality will be quite basic. For running this game, my friend can easily make it work with his A10-5800K APU. At 720p and the lowest configuration he keeps a consistent 30fps, so a similar setup might suffice—possibly even 1080p if your VRAM allows.

At reduced settings I’m fairly confident it will work well. I’m not certain about the maximum adjustments, but it’s likely just a bit higher than minimal.

I operate smoothly at 50-60 frames per second on high settings using an FX6300 and an R7 240.

It seems you're questioning the image quality. Could you clarify if you meant the resolution or something else?
