It has improved since the latest updates, it's less chaotic now, though it's still a bit rough. My game keeps crashing, and my system isn't great either.

They seem capable of handling a 4670k and 760 2gb with medium settings at around 30fps. Disabling the AA can reduce stress on the streaming core, lowering some settings to low for better data streaming. You should be able to maintain about 30fps afterward.

Horizon 3 experienced significant issues until the newest update greatly enhanced its performance. My confidence in running it remains uncertain. If you purchase it from the Windows Store, a refund is possible—though the process isn’t as straightforward as Steam’s. I was able to secure a refund for Gears of War 4. There’s also a demo available, but I’m not sure if it includes the latest patch.
