I chose Borderlands 2 because I was playing it at my friends' place, but my computer isn't powerful enough to run it smoothly. My machine has an Intel Celeron N2830 with Intel HD graphics and 8 gigabytes of RAM. Could I manage to play it if I adjusted some settings?

I estimate it might be around 720p with a baseline of about 20 frames per second.

Unfortunately, the challenge is quite tough, even though it might seem strange from the screenshots.

It seems like performance is limited when settings are reduced to 720p. In demanding situations, expect around 10 fps, while combat will likely drop further.
