Hi everyone, i'm asking if it's possible to overclock the iGPU on an Intel i5 6500 without updating the latest BIOS from asus Z170-a, especially for gaming purposes. How can I proceed? Thanks in advance.

I don't believe it's possible, and even if it were, it wouldn't significantly improve the performance. Integrated graphics from Intel are typically of low quality.
