They've mentioned it already that you can't overclock it because the design doesn't support 'k skew' at the end. It seems to be either a custom loop with liquid cooling or an AIO setup. As a quad-core processor, it would work well with an air cooler, not trying to be difficult. The main question is why it uses water cooling instead of air.
