I searched online but couldn't find anything useful. I wanted to create a PC and discovered the freemium Windows O.S., but since my only device is a phone, I'm unsure if it's feasible.

You should utilize a family member's PC or another Windows machine with at least 8GB RAM to generate the installer.

That’s correct, with Windows you can easily get an ISO on a phone. However, based on my experience, you often still need a USB thumb drive since the computer without an OS won’t recognize the phone as a “USB device” or at all due to missing drivers. Yes, there are USB sticks that work with both phones and PCs—this is how I usually set it up. It seems similar for other operating systems too.

You might need a converter if your device lacks a USB-C connection?

You can opt for a USB stick that supports both formats!
