I already have an idcooling 240g for my GPU (http://www.idcooling.com/Product/detail/...LOW%20240G) and have it installed at the top of my case. I want to find out if I can still use another 240mm radiator for my CPU this time, positioning it at the front of the case.

It depends on the specific case you're using.
If your case supports a 240mm Rad at the front and another 240mm Rad on top, then it fits.
Otherwise, it won't.
